New town hall smart building of Grugliasco city (Turin)

Main project features

The design carries out the ecological, democratic and collective idea of new public building
The construction site is located within an urban park
The typological shape of the building is inspired by the classic forms of Renaissance palaces; court and the urban park is also taken into account.
Flexibility in the organization of work spaces: open spaces, individual offices and office space for small groups
Use of “dry” systems for construction
Hybrid and Passive system for heating cooling and ventilation
Environmental friendly and energy efficient design
Use of natural climate sources for energy systems
