New kindergarten eco-building

Main project features

The project is winner of Asili Competition promoted by Compagnia di San Paolo of Turin to access economic contributions directed to the use of renewable energy and energy saving.
The construction regards a building with one ground floor plan can accommodate 45 children aged between 14 and 36 months.
The main architectural features are based on a eco-sustainable and bioclimatic project design.
The project involves solar collectors for water heating and ventilation, a super thermal insulation, biocompatible materials, an architecture and systems to encourage passive solar gain in winter.
